The minimum quantity one can purchase is as low as 0.5 gm and there is no limit on the maximum

4. At what price is gold sold/ bought?

 Nuqi Gold’s price is linked to the international gold price. We provide real-time buy and sell quotes. You’ll always see the exact purchase price before confirming your transaction, so you can compare it to other sources.

5. Can I buy gold regularly with Nuqi Gold?

Nuqi Regular Savings is a feature that allows you to buy small amounts of money in gold on a regular basis. It’s like a “micro-investment” strategy for gold. Here’s how it works:
Choose Your buying Amount: You decide how much you want to buy for. It can be as little as a few dirhams.
Set Your buying Frequency: You can choose to buy daily, weekly, or monthly.
Automatic buy: Nuqi Gold will automatically purchase gold using your preferred buying amount and frequency. This means you don’t have to remember to make the transaction manually every time.

6. How can I withdraw my gold?

Nuqi Gold offers real-time sell price quotes on our app during global market hours. You can sell any amount of your gold, up to your total holdings.

7. Where can I find the invoice for each order?

An invoice shall be emailed to you as an attachment after each successful transaction. It is also available in the Transaction history section of the Nuqi Gold app.

8. Can I put in a different address from the one I used at the time of registration on Nuqi Gold?

Yes. you can enter a different address; however, verification of the address change request shall be subject to Nuqi Gold norms.

9. What happens to my gold and account if I am deceased during the plan's term?

In the event of demise, subject to the required due diligence, the title to your Gold lying in the vault and your account shall transfer to your legal heir.

10. Can someone else redeem the physical gold on my behalf?

No, only you can request for the delivery of physical coins from your Gold balance. In case of succession event Nuqigold will follow the local regulatory.

11. How can I withdraw my physical gold?

You can withdraw your gold in quantities of 10 grams or more. Choose the amount and denomination you prefer from our available options. Each option has different fees based on weight and design. To confirm your withdrawal, pay the additional making and delivery charges. We’ll deliver your gold to your doorstep within the UAE. For deliveries outside the UAE, we’ll deliver to the nearest airport. You’ll need to follow local customs and legal regulations to bring it into the country.

12. How can I be assured that the physical gold delivered by you are genuine and trust worthy?

Our gold is certified and hallmarked to guarantee its purity. It’s delivered in tamperproof packaging and shipped directly from our facility or through an authorized bullion or jewelry location. Your gold is insured during transit to ensure its safety from our vault to your home.

13. What happens to my gold if I deactivate or close my Nuqi Gold account with Gold balance present?

The Gold holding should be liquidated before closure of account.
